Happy Planksgiving!
It's Planksgiving time again! In the month of November, we will be hosting a plank challenge. Let's challenge ourselves in various planks over 30 days.
Step one: Sign up for the online program. (Make sure the log-in information you sign up with is the same you use to participate in the program.)
Step two: Join our dedicated Planksgiving group where we will check in and cheer each other on.
Plank fun will be invited into scheduled classes and instructors will share tips and tricks to strengthen your plank practice throughout the month.
