Hours of operation
Flying Frog will be open when classes and workshops are in session. Check out our upcoming classes. Interested in a private event? Reach out to info@flyingfrogfitness.com and we can schedule one for you.
Scheduling and cancellations
All classes are registered and paid in advance. Class sign-ups are available 31 days in advance.
Space is limited, so we ask that you cancel in advance if you cannot attend. Classes must be canceled at least two hours ahead of the class start time. If classes are canceled within the two-hour window, you will be charged for the class. We do not offer refunds for missed classes. If you cancel a class prior to the two-hour window, you will receive a credit on your account or you can request a refund.
Workshops and special events must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the event in order to be eligible for account credit or a full refund upon request.
Multi-class series are purchased as one unit in full prior to the start of the series. Full series reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the start of the first class in order to be eligible for account credit or a full refund, upon request. Classes missed during the series are not eligible for a refund or a credit.

Wait list
If you are moved into a class from the wait list, you will receive a notification. Please let us know as soon as possible if you can attend or not to offer those behind you on the waitlist an opportunity to attend. If we do not receive a response within 15 minutes, you will lose your spot and we will move to the next person on the wait list.

Inclement weather
Safety is a priority for us. If inclement weather makes conditions dangerous, we may close the studio. You will be notified by email and social media in the event that classes are canceled.

Liability waiver
All clients must sign and submit a waiver before participating in a class, workshop, or special event. You can submit your waiver online or print, sign, and bring your waiver with you for your first class. If emergency contact information changes, please let us know so we can update your information.
