As we navigate safe, in-person fitness classes during the pandemic, Flying Frog is taking precautions to keep you safe. We will have a Medify Air Purifier with H13 HEPA filter processing the air in the studio during classes and workshops. Hand sanitizer will be available. Aerial fabrics are treated between classes and washed frequently.
Masks are optional.
How can you help? Wash or sanitize hands regularly. Bring your own mat and props as possible. If you have been exposed or are experiencing symptoms, please reschedule until you are feeling better or have followed proper quarantine guidelines.

Scheduling and cancellations
All classes are registered and paid in advance. Class sign-ups are available 30 days in advance.
Space is limited, so we ask that you cancel in advance if you cannot attend. Classes must be canceled within two hours of the start time. If classes are canceled within the two-hour window, you will be charged for the class. We do not offer refunds for missed classes.
If you are moved into a class from the wait list, you will receive a notification. Please let us know as soon as possible if you can attend or not to offer those behind you on the waitlist an opportunity to attend. If we do not receive a response within an hour, you will lose your spot and we will move to the next person on the wait list.
All clients must sign and submit a waiver before participating in a class, workshop, or special event. You can submit your waiver online or print, sign, and bring your waiver with you for your first class. If emergency contact information changes, please let us know so we can update your information.
Safety is a priority for us. If inclement weather makes conditions dangerous, we may close the studio. You will be notified by email and social media in the event that classes are canceled.
