Breathwork for Connection

Connect back to yourself through the power of the breath. Through active breathwork you can clear blocks, patterns and behaviors that keep you, from you.

Clearing the energy, releasing what is heavy, painful, or stagnant, creates space for what wants to come through you—just like weeding a garden or cleaning your house.

When done in a group setting the movement of energy is even more palpable. In a Breathwork Circle you will find safety, support and like-minded souls that will hold you close to their heart as you will them.

After you may feel calm, clear, creative, inspired, grounded, more connected to yourself and/or others, forgiveness, or a combination of some of these. Everyone’s experience is different.
