Service Description

“I saw the angel in the marble and carved until I set him free” ~ Michelangelo Yin yoga is a beneficial practice of long-held passive stretches specifically targeting the deep connective tissues in the body. Yin is a slower paced practice with a focus on bringing balance to the mind and body through a mindful resolve to be still, to mentally lean into the sensations, and to utilize the breath to soften, surrender, and yield. This practice activates the body’s rest and digest response with benefits to regulate heart rate, to increase circulation, and promote relaxation. The contemplative nature of yin yoga is also a training tool for your meditation practice.

Cancellation Policy

Space is limited. If you have to cancel a class, please do so through your account at least two hours prior to your scheduled class start time. If you cancel within the two-hour window, you will be considered a late cancel. As a late cancel, you will forfeit your spot and be charged for that class. If you cancel prior to the two-hour window, your account will be credited for the missed class. Events and workshops canceled within 24 hours prior to the start of the event are not eligible for a refund or credit. If canceled prior to the 24-hour window, a credit will be applied to your account unless otherwise requested. Multi-class series are purchased as one unit in full prior to the start of the series. Full series reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the start of the first class in order to be eligible for account credit or a full refund, upon request. Classes missed during the series are not eligible for a refund or a credit.
