I actually didn’t complete Day 30. My blood pressure is high, so I need to hold off until I can talk to my doctor. Here’s an aerial plank I did earlier this year at Flying Frog. I have enjoyed planking with all of you, and I love this challenge! I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday season.
