About the event

Surrender – “to give (oneself) over to something (such as an influence),” Merriam-Webster

Ask yourself: What is it that blocks me from being connected to my body/mind/soul? What gets in my way? What must I surrender to enter the natural state of enlightenment?

When we stop trying to control things, creating a push/ pull tension, we can instead merge with the source of oneness and deep peace. We can tap into a higher level of energy within ourselves and Spirit.

By releasing energy blockages, which is our attachment to the pain, tension, and control patterns we hold in our body, we find a deeper surrender. We can abandon ourselves entirely to a higher power.

In this season of letting things fall away we will use a three-part active breathwork technique to clear blocks, patterns, and behaviors we hold in our body. Allowing you to connect to a deeper part of yourself where you can reorient emotional defaults and patterns, connect to your intuition, access creativity, and clarity.

Whether you are new to breathwork or have practiced many times, all are welcome.

Open your heart to the possibilities!

Tickets are priced on a sliding scale with the understanding everyone will pay what is honestly

comfortable within their means. It is my intention to make breathwork accessible to all humans

who desire it.

Important information to ensure you get the most out of your experience:

• It is best to not have eaten just before doing Breathwork. A light snack is fine.

• Dress comfortably and in layers. Regardless of the weather, your own body temperature may fluctuate during Breathwork.

• The studio offers yoga mats and blankets; however, you are welcome to bring your own.

• Additional items you may want to bring: a bolster, a pillow, and an eye covering (a bandanna or scarf will do, something to block the light).

• Not necessary, but some find helpful are: stones or crystals to hold onto, a journal to write in after, and water to sip on before and after.

Although the mask mandate has been lifted and we are not requiring it, feel free to wear one if it makes you feel more comfortable, and remember to be respectful of each other’s choices as well as their space.

I intend to begin promptly at 4:00 p.m., out of respect for everyone’s time. You are encouraged to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to set up your space.
